The Congress will take place in the online format with out a need for the personal attendance.  

We are delighted to invite scientists, lecturers and postdoctoral students to take part in the Congress. Talented students and young scientists are allowed to be the participants of the Congress too. Articles to the Congress in formation package are accepted until and including the date of 23 October 2017.

Articles are accepted in the English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Turkish, Arabic, Japanese,  Chinese, Korean, Hindi, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Serbian, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Greek, Latvian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Slovenian, Croatian, Indonesian, Philippine, Thai, Persian, Vietnamese, Swahili, Malay, Mongolian, Azerbaijani, Georgian, Armenian, Kazakh, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Turkmen, Polish, Bulgarian, Albanian, Moldovan, Belarussian, Russian and Ukrainian languages.

The Congress materials is sent to their authors by post whilst the Certificates of their participation – by e-mail.  A part edition of the issued collection of scientific articles is forwarded to the largest libraries.

The distribution term of the digital certificates, electronic and printed versions of the Congress materials is up to 180 working days after the end date of the articles acceptance.
