The Congress will take place in the online format without a need for the personal attendance.
We are delighted to invite scientists and lecturers, advanced and post doctoral students, employees of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Central and Eastern Europe scientific and educational institutions to take part in the Congress. Talented students and young scientists are allowed to be the participants of the Congress too. Articles to the Congress information package are accepted until and including the date of 25 April 2017. Working languages are English, Russian, Polish, Belorussian, Ukrainian, Spanish, French, German, Turkish, Chinese, Japanese and Arabic.
